02 剛玉磚

Corundum brick

Al2O3：80%~99%；Bulk density：2.8~3.2g/cm3，Starting temperature of 0.2Mpa load softening ≥ 1700 ℃.

03 紅柱石磚

Andalusite brick

Al2O3：55%~70%；Bulk density：2.4~2.7g/cm3，Starting temperature of 0.2Mpa load softening ＞ 1550 ℃，950 ℃ water-cooled thermal shock ≥ 20 times.

04 莫來石磚

華博公司前身為鞏縣第一耐火材料廠，始建于1963年。公司占地30畝，建成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化車間12000㎡，并配備了1800℃超高溫梭式窯2座，大噸位壓力機10臺。1750℃隧道窯和氮化硅電爐正在建造中。主要產(chǎn)品為：氧化鋁空心球磚、剛玉磚、紅柱石、硅線石磚、莫來石輕重質(zhì)磚、高鋁磚等定型產(chǎn)品和各種規(guī)格、材質(zhì)的澆注料等不定型產(chǎn)品。產(chǎn)品廣泛應(yīng)用于國內(nèi)外陶瓷、玻璃、化工、航天航材、冶金、鋼鐵、耐材等行業(yè)。

Huabo Company, formerly known as Gongxian First Refractory Material Factory, was founded in 1963. The company covers an area of 30 acres, has built a standardized workshop of 12000 square meters, and is equipped with 2 1800 ℃ ultra-high temperature shuttle kilns and 10 large tonnage presses. The 1750 ℃ tunnel kiln and silicon nitride electric furnace are under construction. The main products are: fixed products such as alumina hollow ball bricks, corundum bricks, andalusite, sillimanite bricks, mullite light and heavy bricks, high alumina bricks, and various specifications and materials of casting materials and other amorphous products. The product is widely used in domestic and foreign industries such as ceramics, glass, chemical, aerospace materials, metallurgy, steel, refractory materials, etc.
